Teacher's professional development is one of the most important problems of teaching studies. Teachers are faced with great challenge as the new elementary education reformation. New courses calls for a fundamental change in their educational concepts, teaching approaches and acts. "Teachers development with the new courses" is the urgent requirement of the elementary education reform.The paper adopts the qualitative research method, choosing eight national minority teachers in school D as my research partner, through deep interview and on-the-spot observation, collecting the eight teachers' professional experiences, in the ways of environmental factors, learning experience, management and evaluation and prospect of self-acceleration to sort out and analyze the materials collected and construct the researchers' interpretational understanding towards the development of their professional status.After the analysis of the national minority teachers' professional experience, four realistic problems are found as follow: the bad environment of professional development, the traditional concept of education, and some unreasonable factors in the management and evaluation systems .According to the problems found , the paper provides four corresponding solutions and suggestions for the national minority teachers' professional development: First, to guide the national minority teachers to have a correct understanding of the social environment; Second, to stimulate the national minority teachers' internal demand of the professional development ; Third, to foster the national minority teachers' overall sense of professional development; The last but not the least, to build practical and effective training system.
