| Family and School Cooperation is deemed to be an effective way in every family and school. School----W has already practice in this field for many years, and got some accomplishment. However, some teachers in this school still have some unknown problems of communication with parents, which cause the affects in Family and School Cooperation is not effective.Therefore, I made some research in this school. As the theory of the Human Performance Technology (HPT) is systematic, procedural and practical, I took use of HPT model to analyze the actual state, and found reasons for it. According to the reasons, I designed three intervention selection, which are the self---directed learning, the improvement for job evaluation and the communication of it. Finally, the experts provided some suggestions for me to improve in the future. |
