Fushun City, Liaoning Province In The Index To The Study Of School Reform

The graduate examination of middle school is the choosing-examination which is the most dog-eat-dog and has the far-reaching influence in the compulsory education phase. If the reform of the graduate examination of middle school has been done well, conditions could be made to realize educational equilibria in the compulsory education phase. In the face of disequilibrium and bad choosing-school trend in the current phase, the reform of target to school in the institution is the best solution to promoting educational equity and equilibria.The thesis begins with the retrospect of reform course of target to school in the graduate examination of middle school in the years of 1998-2007, investigates and finds out material status of actualizing the reform of target to school in Fushun, Liaoning province. In the survey not only 200 teachers working in high school, 1000 teachers and students in middle school are inquired, but also school principal of four emphasis high school in the city, the leader of basic education-research branch of the city's education bureau, school principal of nine middle school ,also expert and education-research member are interviewed. The reliability of survey is testified from many respects and angles to insure the result's trueness and availability.The research has made an objective summary and analysis to the achievement acquired and problem appeared in the reform of target to school in the graduate examination of middle school entering high school in Fushun, Liaoning province, some personal attitude and suggestion also being put up correspondingly. The target to school is the best method to advance the balanced development of compulsory education in the current phase, but as far as practical operation is concerned, many problem relevant to the reform of target to school should be considered and improved. By doing a lot of literature readings, investigation and research on the spot, thinking and study deep into the reform, the author try to answer the following problems in the thesis:1,In order to advancing the balanced development of compulsory education,control choosing-school trend, combining with the situation of our country, what should be paid attention to in the reform of target to school?2,How many does the most scientific percent of target to school should be fixed on ? What is the reasonable range of the down extend mark line range?3,The suggestionr whether"ropping the area mark line"could be transition means of"niform the down extend mark line in the whole city"could or not has been put up.
