In recent ten years, as our country economy grows fast, market economy needs s more and more Technological Workers(TWS). Around the whole country, vocational education becomes popular among young people and it is developing rapidly. China's secondary vocational education is the foundation of the vocational education system, and developing the secondary vocational education to cultivate a large number of technical workers for our country's economic development, and promote the transfer of surplus labor and improve China's vocational education system is of an important realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance.Shaanxi is the head province in the development of Western China, and its economy grows swiftly in the last few decades. The demand of TWS increases quickly, especially in the last ten years, the SVE has developed quickly, which mainly manifests in two aspects: more vocational education schools sprung out and the expanding enrollment scale. All this gives a strong support for Shaanxi's economy development .The SVE now is booming in our country, but we should notice that there're a lot of problems emerged in the same time. In particular, as to the training model, the education philosophy is out of date, and it can not adapt to the market economy's social demand (and other problems). The research on the western industrial country SVE system makes us realize that SVE must meet the market's demand. We should set up certain subjects and courses, and intensify students' professional ability training, enforce the communication of teaching experiences between the middle level professional skills education and high-level professional skills education. We should explore large space for SVE, cultivate more professional TWS to meet the demand of market economy.The thesis includes the following parts: The preface, the background and the significance of the thesis, the current research situation, the core concept and research theory.
