Set plays tactics are one branch of the tactics in soccer. In the process of training, coaches or teachers have to pay attention to players' full grasp of set plays, and help them improve their ability to make use of set plays. This thesis aims at constructing a series of scientific, reasonable and feasible index system and methods so as to objectively regulate the training process of set plays tactic consciousness.According to the design principle of the evaluation index system of set plays tactic consciousness, applying questionnaire and level analysis, the writer of this thesis scientifically establishes a comparative judgment matrix of the significance of the levels and between them, thus scientifically distributing the weights of the indexes, having trial evaluation on the students with experiments so as to determine the experiment reliability. The conclusion is finally reached as the following.The first level indexes in the evaluation index system of set plays tactic consciousness are basic coordination consciousness 1, attack consciousness 2, defense consciousness 3, in which the second level indexes are included: 1-limplementing coaches' tactic purpose, 1-2 consciousness of running to support, 1-3 zone consciousness, and 1-4 consciousness of acting according to circumstances, 2-1 possession consciousness, 2-2 follow-up consciousness, 2-3 consciousness of struggling for attack rebounds, 2-4 mobility consciousness, 3-1 marking consciousness, 3-2 pressing consciousness, 3-3 consciousness of coordinative defense, 3-4 interception consciousness. The weights of indexes of different levels are scientifically distributed. And the evaluation system can reasonably evaluate the elements in the youth's set plays tactic consciousness.
