| The progress and development of society need the people who have scientific literacy. How can we realize the functions in class where people with scientific literacy are mainly, the key is researching into an effective teaching mode. Inquiry learning plays a very important part in the new basic education. It has become a mainstream ideology.Inquiry learning can cultivate students' problem consciousness, make them learn and grasp inquiry method, foster scientific spirit and axiology. While, during the process of inquiry learning, most of the teachers, who are using inquiry learning method, are face by the fact that the knowledge of the students is still in disorder after inquiry learning. Then it comes to the question that how we can, by enriching the inquiry and completing knowledge structure of students, realize the aim, put forward in "course standards of biology for high school", to cultivate students' ability to analyze, explain and study the knowledge related to problems. The extensive applications of concept map have provided quite a good solution to this problem. This article focuses on the problem of how to conduct inquiry learning in classrooms with concept map. This study takes the action research, doing research into the inquiry teaching model based on concept map. The inquiry teaching model based on concept map is a kind of teaching model aimed at developing scientific literacy of students according to the biology character.There are three main aspects in this research. Firstly, It expatiates meaning,character and foundation of theory about concept map and researching into teaching mode .Meanwhile, it builds the aims,operation steps, teaching methods and teaching structures about inquiry teaching model based on concept map .Secondly, it has been applied to biology teaching of senior Two students of high school. Thirdly, it has been evaluated the effect after putting in practice. One term research proves that this research is easy to operate. |
