Students Of Democratic Participation In Quality Training Of The Study

As a way to achieve democracy and an important sign of it, democratic participation is arousing public concern widely. This paper analyzes the connotation and types of democratic participation systematically referring to the theory of quality education and elaborates the significance of developing college students' quality in participating in it in four aspects: Firstly, it contributes to college students leading an orderly democratic life in school and community. Secondly, it helps democratic politics work normally and develop healthily. Thirdly, it helps develop the socialist market economy. Fourthly, it helps to carry out quality education and realize the target of higher education. On this basis, this paper analyzes the present situation of college students' democratic participation and the cause of it. The reason causing the status of college students' democratic participation is many aspects. This paper mainly reflects from education and teaching, management methods, social and family environment and so on. Meanwhile the basic ideas of developing are presented. Training college students' quality of democratic participation by the democratization education; Training targeted at college students' quality in democratic participation and guiding college students practice the democratic life actively; the paper emphasizes that the key is to seek proper ways and methods: we can enhance cognition of democratic participation in class teaching; develop the consciousness of democratic participation in democratic practice activity; also can carry out democratic participating by modern network; The most important thing is to optimize the democratic political environment, make them form the habits in democratic participation, stimulate their enthusiasm for democratic participation, regulate their conduct democratic participation, enhance their abilities to participate in democracy.
