Along with the time development and the technical progress, mathematics study's research obtained further development, and had the new understanding and the idea. Especially the cognition psychology's development, has increased the new connotation for mathematics theory of learning development. Mathematics study already not only considers the knowledge logical, but also pay attention to learner's cognition development, unified the knowledge logic and learner's cognition development. "Full-time Compulsory education Curriculum Standard" pointed out: Mathematics curriculum not only needs to consider that mathematics own characteristic, but also needs to follow the psychological rule of the student study mathematics.It stressed that teaching must embark from the students' experience of lifeā€¦ā€¦Mathematicsteaching activity must establish in student's cognition level of development and above the existing knowledge empirical base.About student cognition development research quite abundant domestic and foreign, but many studies are academic, it needs to strengthen the real diagnosis research, particularly strengthen in-depth research which the cognition theory and the concrete discipline unify. Based on such understanding, this article has chosen the similar triangle knowledge in mathematics as the discipline background and unifies the cognition theory, carried on the experiment with the aid of the psychology research tool to the cognition development of grade three students in middle school and the knowledge logic's relations.This article first through analyze junior middle school mathematics teaching material's present situation as well as the similar triangle knowledge system in each kind of edition, proposed the problem in the teaching, based on this and has carried on experimental study about student's cognition development and the knowledge logic. We selected two different schools' students of grade three. Their mathematics teaching material respectively is "the compulsory education curriculum standard experiment textbook (People education publishing house)" and "Beijing compulsory education curriculum reform experiment teaching material (Beijing Publishing house, Beijing Education Publishing house)".Through carries on two school students about the similar triangle knowledge test, carries on the quantification and the analysis using SPSS to their score, and carries on the nature analysis to their problem solving process, explores relations between the similar triangle knowledge system's logic and student's cognition level, then extends to junior high students' mathematics cognition level and the entire mathematics knowledge logic system's relations, thus provides a suggestion for the mathematics teaching material's compilation of the junior middle school.
