Explore The Elite Development Of Higher Education For Popularization Of China's Educational Stage

In company with continuous expansion of higher education, our higher education has entered into the stage of mass higher education. However, mass higher educational development of our country is too fast, it has caused a series of problem that is hard to solve, especially has lashed elite higher educational development of our country. At present elite educationaldevelopment is a topic that needs to be explored thoroughly in higher educational theoretical andpractical studies. The thesis probes into elite higher educational concept in the stage of masshigher education, analyses its present situation and proposes some advices that promote elite educational development, by learning the experience of elite educational development in the advanced countries and according to reality of our country, at last hope to come to some helpful conclusions for the development of our elite higher education.The thesis consists of six partsThe first part is an introduction to the paper. It explains the reasons and practical significance of study, analyses the achievements and shortcomings of the earlier studies, introduces the train of thought and research methods of the study.The second part defines the chief concepts used in the thesis, clears off relationship between elite higher education in the stage of mass higher education and traditional elite higher education, finally, explores the importance and theoretical bases of elite higher educational development.The third part analyses the present situations of elite higher education and explains the reasons that cause the present situations.The fourth part summaries the experience of elite higher education in the advanced countries, then explores the enlightenment for our elite higher education.The fifth part analyses developmental opportunities of elite higher education, after our higher education entered into the stage of mass higher education, and then proposes some advices that promote elite educational development, by learning the experience of elite educational development in the advanced countries and according to reality of our country.The six part summaries the whole thesis roughly, eventually, puts forward some suggestions and looks into future prospects.
