The Innovative Thinking Of The Management Work Of Local College Students In Mass Higher Education

As the higher education of our country has entered the new stage of popular education, the management of local college students are facing huge opportunity and challenges. And the old student management system can hardly meet the needs of the current situation, we must use new ways to reform and innovate. On background of the popularization of higher education ,and the basis analysis of local universities'student management status, and integrating the realities of contemporary college students'characteristics, this paper tries to analyze the new problems and the new challenges caused by the development of popularization of higher education, and explore the management of local college students how to adapt to the trend of development of popularization of higher education, and put forward new ways of innovation on the sides of theory, system, content, methods ,etc.
