The "life-world" theory provides us with a new look at the issue of pedagogy. The pedagogical significance is just the moment when pedagogy is occurring. The occurring pedagogy is just the vivid pedagogical "life-world" . The pedagogical significance appears at the "life-world" . Because of so many moments of pedagogical occurrence, pedagogy has only then exist.The moment when pedagogy is occurring is the time when students are touched. We can get the experience felt by students. When students are moved by teachers, when students are interested by something, pedagogy are occurring. In the pedagogical story, we will get to know "what the pedagogy is?" This paper is to show the moment of pedagogy's occurring through lots of lived experiences, to show the pedagogical "life-world" , to open out the pedagogical significance.The current pedagogy researchers pay much attention to the emotional exchanges between teachers and students, but very little to the lived experience of students' understanding knowledge. Therefore this paper concentrated specially on the lived experience about the knowledge content. The link of the knowledge itself can cause the experience. The teachers should pay attention to the nature of the knowledge and realize the significance of the subject pedagogy.The pedagogical significance is just in the occurrence of pedagogy. The occurrence of pedagogy is just "pedagogy itself" . It should not only be the starting point of research but also the premise of the theory. It should also become the guide line of the practice of pedagogy. Teachers must have such faith: I will touch off my students, I must let pedagogy occur!...
