Since 2001, China began a new round of the basic education curriculum reform. New basic education curriculum reform requires not only the new change of curriculum function, objective, structure, management, implementation and evaluation, but also a historic change of teachers. Teachers work as a specific commitment to education and the implementation, the quality of the teachers directly affect the quality of education and the success of education reform. With teacher professional development and the implementation of the new curriculum, the sense of cooperation has been considered to be one of the basic qualities that teachers should have. From the studies on professional development of teachers at home and abroad, research on teachers from the past concerned about the personal development of teachers turn to emphasizing the development of cooperation between teachers and collective growth of teachers. It requires teachers to further open so that strengthen their dialogue, communication, coordination and cooperation in teaching activities such as curriculum implementation. This advocates sharing experiences among teachers, interactive learning, mutual support, so that form education effort in teacher groups to achieve the purpose of promote the professional development of teachers and be helpful to the development of education. As the author study on research of chemical school curriculum and teaching, I paid more attention to middle school chemistry teachers'teaching cooperation and professional growth at the level of practice in schools. Therefore, this study will put the theme on way of cooperation between middle school chemistry teachers. During Study process I observed their lives of cooperation and captured the chemistry teachers'meaningful cooperative incident. Through this we could understand various ways of cooperation and impact on professional development of Chemistry teachers, as well as the unique character of their cooperation. I Summed up valuable experiences in cooperation of middle school chemistry teachers, reflected existing problems in current cooperation between Chemistry teachers, excavated the necessity and importance to strengthening the cooperation between teachers and proposed referenced proposals which can promote cooperation between middle school chemistry teachers. In this study, parts of Beijing middle school chemistry teachers and eight chemistry teachers of S middle school were made as main subjects of chemical questionnaires, interviews and non-participatory observations. I collected information through document retrievals, questionnaires, interviews and non-participatory observations. Then I sorted the data and extracted the ways of cooperation from current middle school chemistry teachers'teaching practice. Cooperation can be divided into organizational cooperation and Non-organizational cooperation according to different types of cooperation. These organizational ways of cooperation include research activities, collective classes, master guide in teaching, open classes, attending Classroom and evaluating and professional research. Other ways of non-organizational cooperation are day-to-day classes, network communication and free exchange. From those I analyzed various ways'impact on professional development of chemical teachers, summed up valuable experience and inspiration, proposed referenced proposal and the problem which to be researched further.
