As for education development, teachers are the key factor. After entering the 21st century, our country has commenced a new round of fundamental education curriculum reform and the specialty development of teachers has become one of the focus themes of contemporary education reform. The new curriculum reform requires us to convert the work style of teachers so as to change the state of isolated self-struggling. In view of the specialty development of teachers and the development of teachers'psychology research at home and abroad, the research is becoming a new hotspot.This research adopts the method of qualitative individual case study. This research uses the entire teachers of a high school as individual cases, This research obtains the data by interviewing, observing on the spot and collecting documents. Then the data are read repeatedly, classified and analyzed, forming the final outcome report at last.This paper establishes its theoretical basis based on the analysis of present senior schoolteachers'cooperation accomplishment under the background of new curriculum reform. By referring to lots of relevant research literatures and on basis of this research, this paper has concluded the connotation of cooperation accomplishment of teachers and oriented cooperation accomplishment of teachers in promoting specialty development of teachers, realizing school cultural reform and improving the academic performance of the pupils.With the individual case data, this paper describes the actuality of senior school teachers'cooperation accomplishment under the background of new curriculum reform in Q high school, analyzes the efficiency of teacher cooperation from aspects of cooperation attitude, cooperation content, cooperation style and cooperation process, etc, finds the influential factors of senior schoolteachers'cooperation accomplishment under the background of new curriculum reform and concludes certain amounts of meaningful experience and inspiration from the individual cases.On basis of analysis of individual cases, this paper has drawn some conclusions on senior schoolteachers'cooperation accomplishment under the background of new curriculum reform and has brought forward some issues to be further thought over.
