.1949-1958 Communist Party Of China Family Planning Ideological Evolution

China is the world's first country with a large population.That how to deal with population issues is a major challenge for the ruling Communist Party of China. After the founding of the nation, in solving the population problem in the practice of family planning the Communist Party of China has formed the thinking. China's family planning has been set down as a basic national policy after the Third Plenum of the 11th. For decades, China's family planning plays a key role in the controling population growth and easing pressure on the population.As the core of the population policy, family planning has its own emergement, development and maturation. Inspecting the history of family planning, we can found that from1949 to1958, the family planning pilocy went through a deliberation, returned and repeated process, which is the first round of the waves in the history of China's family planning. Reviewing this period of the evolution of the policy conducted the study of history and lessons to provides many useful historical wisdom for today's family planning work, which is conducive to uphold and stabilize the basic national policy of family planningThis article from the perspective of history to study issues and put this period of the China family planning ideas into the evolution of major historical background of the three-dimensional changes to study, analysis, with a view to get conclusions that is more in line with the actual history. In this paper, I used the methods of the literature to analysis, and divided into five sections: The first part is the introduction, including the reasons for choosing this topic, the main ideas and innovation which is about research the history of the current status of family planning; The second part is the early founding of the party's ideology and population policy (1949-1953), introducing "population is a good thing" of the population at the beginning of the founding of our party, encouraging population growth in practice and analysising the cause of a certain; ;The third part, is the formation of family planning (1953-1957), firstly, I analysis the background of the party's family planning, then I detailed introduct the advancement and deepen process of family planning; Part IV is the practice of family planning (1957-1958), the initial practice of family planning was introduced, wrote a repeated process of family planning, and expounded the stop of the family planning at last. Part V is the conclusion. Through the entire exposition, the paper found that from 1949 to 1953, the idea of family planning which the CPC put forward is of positive significance. At the same time, the repeated process of family planning has bringed about a profound lesson. At present should draw lessons from history and firmly adhere to the basic national policy of family planning.
