Chinese curriculum reforming has been the striking topic in basic education reforming recently. The question is how to abolish the disadvantages of the traditional Chinese teaching, not only in its practice, but also in the establishment of its basic theory. And it is the same with how to carry out the student-centered essential-qualities-oriented schooling.There are four chapters in this thesis: chapter I deals with the definition of humanistic education viewpoints and its meaning in Chinese teaching, which sets a foundation for the carrying out of the humanistic education viewpoints in Chinese teaching.Chapter II expounds the three characteristics of Chinese teaching under the influence of humanistic education viewpoints, that is democracy, individualism and openess, which, in turn, will back the Chinese teaching theoretically and practically.Chapter III illustrates the strategies of carrying out the humanistic education viewpoints in Chinese teaching. The teaching principles involve overall development, inquiry, guaduality and practice. Its teaching ways include Roger's free mode learning, inquiry and cooperation, etc. Chapter III also analyzes its three requirements to the Chinese teachers.1. Loving the students, and respecting the students. 2. Being erudite and versatile, having your own views and pursuit.3. Concentrating on the scientific research and being the best scientific research personnel.In order to guide the teaching practice, according to the Fulltime Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standard, Chapter IV illustrates the four aspects of the practice and exploration of the humanistic education viewpoints in Chinese teaching in details.1. Developing the students'reading interest.2. Concentrating on the development of the students'language ability and thinking ability.3. Combining knowledge with ability development4. Putting into effect the emotion, attitude, and value in Chinese teaching.In this chapter, we also list some good examples in the teaching practice. And we do hope that more and more teachers will achieve their teaching dream under the influence of the humanistic education viewpoints.
