The final goal of situated teaching is to develop the learning interest of the students, is to encourage the students to make full use of English actively and initiatively .Therefore, it is a key that providing the situation which is adapted for character of the students and teaching is the key. No matter which is true or virtual, the students' needs is the first of all. Based on the present situations and problems of primary English situated teaching in our country. We pose the strategies on the students' curiosities and Fink's significant learning theory. And give some cases in ordered to show more actively. Using these strategies, we hope that the teachers improve their instruction efficiency.The thesis consists of seven parts, including introduction, the basic theory of English situated teaching, the concepts defined, the features of English situated teaching, the present situation and strategies on primary English situated teaching and conclusion. |
