The article explores the status and function, aim, content and method of the law-related education in the course of ideology and politics in senior high school in order to make the course of ideology and politics in senior high school play the liable role in the law-related education. Except the introduction and tag, the article consists of six part.Part one defined the concepts of rale of law and the law-related education. Firstly, the meaning of rule of law is made clear through introducing the different explain to the rule of law in the East and the West. Secondly, the meaning of law-related education is explained through comparing the concepts of law-related education, legal system education and law-popularized education.In part two, it is illustrated the historical process of the law-related education in the moral education in senior high school and its basic experiences and existing problems.
