Nowadays, the students in vocational schools generally behave inferiorly, since they choose vocational school as consequence after failed in the examination to senior middle school ( key senior high school or General high school ) . Therefore, most of these students with no definite intention and aim are in lack of the ability to study and ponder actively. Paying more attention to training and inspiring their learning motivation is such an important and tough task for the teachers. Furthermore, compared with various external effects from the real life, the classroom study is considered as a boring, monotonous and unanimated activity so that it is the first and foremost problem for teachers to solve of how to promote students' learning motivation effectively and put the solution into practice.As a teaching mode and based on Internet, WebQuest is aimed to improve the students' abilities in understanding and solving the problems by its features of structure theory, student-focused, teacher-instructed and internet-based, which is in accordance with the objective of vocational school. This text is to describe how to link WebQuest Mode and Professor Keller's Motivation Theory internally and effectively in order to improve the active learning motivation of vocational schools students.This text regards the theories of the educating psychology as the foundation, describing the inside contact of WebQuest mode and the Professor Keller's learning motivation. Joining with the characteristics of information technique, it applies cultural heritage analysis, the questionnaire investigates, to research how WebQuest and learning motivation theory availably to increase vocational school students' learning motivation.This text has generalized the successful experience proceed to the domestic and international the research concerning learning motivation. It analyzes the current problem inside the vocational school students of learning motivation through questionnaire investigates. And it points out the main factor of influencing the vocational school students' learning motivation. After analyzing the WebQuest theoretically and the inside contact of the learning motivation, it points out the exploitation WebQuest can increases availably the learning motivation and the strategy of stirring up the vocational school students' learning motivation. According to the characteristics of vocational school students, it designs the researching project and choice the parallel clad to start the experiment. Through the WebQuest teaching individual cases and the comparision of the traditional ones, the text gets the result. In the finally, this text puts forward the constructive opinion and some shortage etc. It points out how to increase the vocational school students' study and indicate the direction in the future.
