Network And Juvenile Delinquency-related Research

Juvenile criminality has become an extrusive social issue. To prevent juvenile criminality not only relates to the stability and harmoniousness of one country, but also relates to the development of the young generation. Meanwhile, the connection between juvenile life and the network has been closer. On the one hand, trend of criminality is increasing; on the other hand, the connection mentioned above is closer. Whether there is connection between the two phenomena or not and what causes this connection? Viewing on the network and juvenile criminality, the writer find out that there is an obvious connection between the two phenomena. How does network influence the crime rate and what kind of change will be caused on juvenile mentality by network and what is the relationship between the changes and criminality? It is no doubt that these questions have close connection with the theory of juvenile criminality causes. This paper aims at analyzing the relativity between network and juvenile criminality, and making a contribution to the research on the causes of juvenile criminality.This paper contains four parts: the first part is introduction; second is the representation of the relativity between network and juvenile criminality; the third part is explanation on the relativity between network and juvenile criminality; the forth part is prevention countermeasure.The introduction part of this paper introduces the significance of this study and the general run of juvenile criminality which relates to network. The research on the relativity between network and juvenile criminality can make a great contribution to analyze the causes of juvenile criminality. Only to find out the primary cause of juvenile criminality can we prevent and reduce it. Meanwhile, the research on the relativity between network and juvenile criminality is also the need of juvenile healthy growth.The second part of this paper analyzes the representation of the relativity between network and juvenile criminality. Network influences juvenile criminality from the following four aspects: first, influences of harmful information on juvenile criminality, including sex and violence; second, making friends in the cyber bar and through network; third, influences of addition to network, mainly refers to crimes against property; forth, juvenile criminality on line, including in traditional and narrow sense.The third part is explanation on the relativity between network and juvenile criminality, which is analyzed as a focal point. This paper has made use of theory of criminal cause in Criminology to explain the relativity between harmful information and juvenile criminality, harmful intercourse and juvenile criminality, addition to network and juvenile criminality. Meanwhile, it also explains the criminality on line combining with juvenile mentality and points out that the prevention juvenile from socialization is perhaps a more primary cause to juvenile criminality.The forth part is countermeasure to prevent network from influencing juvenile criminality. This paper believes that education, nomocracy and construction of macroscopical mechanism should be made good use of to prevent juvenile criminality.
