Followed the development of national education research, theintercultural adaptation of minority students came into researchers'view. But there were rarely researchers explore minority graduates'cultural adaptation in Han community academically. This article discussesthe Intercultural adaptation of Korean graduates who live and work in Hancommunities inland. It gives measures to development the Korean univemitygraduates intercultural adaptation ability. It also offers enlightens forthe development of Korean education.The research content of this article is the Intercultural adaptationof Korean graduates. Based on the theories of Intercultural adaptationlearning pattern, cognitive consciousness pattern (pressure-correspondence pattern) and restoration pattern, this article exploresthe Intercultural adaptation of Korean graduates from the viewpoint ofintercultural psychology, intercultural human relationship andeducational culture anthropology.In order to explore the minority graduates' cultural adaptation inHan community, the article investigated and interviewed 200 Koreangraduates who grew and studied in Yanbian districts To search for thepersonal and social environmental factors that influence theintercultural adaptation of Korean graduates, it explores the social andnatural environment, daily life, language, human relationship, workingand psychology adaptation of Korean graduates who work inland.In personal factors, it explores gender, Chinese level, residence timeand expectation, etc. Among the social environmental factors, itinvestigated the degree of satisfaction of the Korean graduates and theevaluation of local support.It is found that Korean graduates have significant difference inadaptation. Gender, community, residence time and expectation to inlandinfluence the adaptation of Korean graduates: it also shows that the influence of local support on Korean graduates' adaptation is relatedto cultural distance.Korean university graduates have relationship difficulties. Theinfluence factors are: language, customs, lack of communicating skillsand value conflicts.Based on the need of Korean university graduates interculturaladaptation, this paper gives concrete measures for the development ofKorean graduates' intercultural adaptation.
