The problem that students have difficulty in studying is often met with during thespread of primary education allover the world. With the spread and improvement ofcompulsory education, the conflict between the difference of students and the unificationof education objective is more and more outstanding, which manifested the increase ofstudents have difficulty in studying. Moreover, as for mathematics, because of thecharacteristics of mathematics and some insufficiency in mathematics teaching, thequantities of students have difficulty in mathematics studying is larger and larger. So, thetransformation of students have difficulty in mathematics is very meaningful for theimprovement of mathematics teaching, mathematics quality education, the realization of"mathematics for all" and the requirement of modern society.The transformative strategies of students have difficulty in mathematics implemented intwo ways, one is the transformation of internal factors of students, which includesproblems in cognitive factor, affection factor and volition factor the other way is thetransformation of external factors of students, which includes the learning environment, themisleading of teaching. The dialectical materialism argues the internal factor plays acrucial role in studying. So, the transformation of internal factor has more factual meaning.This paper investigated students' interest, motivation and methods in learning in a highschool. The results suggested that students lost interest, motivation in learning andimproper methods in learning were the main reason for the difficulty in learning.Afterwards, based on the results of the investigation, this paper designed a learningenvironment rich in fostering students' interest, motivation and learning method andimplemented it. In addition, this paper describes the process of transformation of fourstudents. It was found the transformative strategies elaborates in this papers is very helpfulfor developing students.
