Chaoyang City Schools The New Curriculum Of Teacher Training Problems And Countermeasures

New elementary curriculum reform started in China as early as the beginning of 21st century. It's recognized that teachers are main forces in the process of reform implementation and relevant effective training for teachers is critical to its success. Based on the illustration in Chaoyang City of Liaoning Province, the thesis aims to identify some universal problems and development opportunities in new curriculum training, and to propose some countermeasures against it, by which expects to offer some reference to Education Administration and training departments for teachers when they make decision, then to enhance the efficiency of training and contribute to teachers'on-job training theory . With guidance of relevant theories, the author has tried to use various kinds of methods to finish exploration research including case interview, questionnaire survey and etc, finally has found out some improvement opportunities at various level in different fields, such as overall effect for new curriculum training and some details such as trainee's motive and recognition for new curriculum, training objectives, content&method, organization management, assessment&evaluation and etc. These problems are revealed as common ones and at the same time, some of them are being escalated by different levels (primary and secondary) . Based on identifying problems and analyzing root causes, the author believes teacher's training is a systematic project which need many forces'common effort not only from Education Administration but also from training department, primary and secondary school even from teachers as trainee and trainers of new curriculum. Thereby some suggestions were given to them respectively.
