The stage of middle school education is the key peried when teegers, merieoral quality is developed. The learning of the social phenomena and the formation of moral sense in this peried rely on systematic and complete mental education. The formation of scientific vieus of the world . Life and value demand the scieatific and systemafic leading and teaching. Thus it isnecessary to improce the moral quality of the students in modern times by strengthening the pratical result of polictics edueation, by scientifically guiding the moral ideas and by forming the dialectical matericalism idea of scientific philosophy. While the present teaching pattein, teaching ideas and teaching contents have limited the cuttivation of the students, quality. However, the developing and advancing of the society is asking for a higher demand and standard of the moral level of each member in society. As the result, the responsibility of politics teaching becomes more and more important. The progress of the society and the appearance of new social developing theory make us develop and improve the moral quality in new scientific ways. Because new teaching theories, new teaching methods and new testing system of learning results can carry on better teaching achievements. They can help the students own noble sentiment and fit for the society's olemand. According to the learning features of the middle school students, the essay combines the reality in teaching and initially researches how to develop the students moral quality in politics classer.
