From kindergarten to elementary school, it is a tremendous psychological qualitative change for every child. Lots of fresh pupils are unaccommodated with this turning point and they really need proper instruction and assistance.This research takes 360 students with 5 schools of Shahekou area in Dalian City as a research object , Pass a questionnaire, observe with the classroom, Feel a fresh pupils total daptability circumstance better, but found that the adaptability problems of fresh pupils mainly centralized on school regulations, interpersonal communication, course adaptation, and collectivism accommodation, etc. Based on kidological development theory of periodicity and continuity, this thesis tries to solve the adaptability problems by in-class teaching and after-class acticities to set up harmonious class environment, optimize in-class teaching, comprehend their mentality requirement, bring up their good behavior, build a joyful growing circumstance and guide them through the transformation from the infant phase to the early school age successfully.
