China's Colleges And Universities "combination" Mode Of Exploration And Reflection

Since the middle of 80s, the Department of Education and the ex-National Sports Administration made the relative policy to hold the high-level sport team in some universities. From then on, the model of "combining sports with education" to hold the high-level sport team in the university broke up the old model that depended on national or province team to train the high level athletes. The new model makes use of the resources of university, not only promote the university's good fame, but also offer the sportsman wonderful training conditions, help them to be good-mannered and high-valued. After 20 years' development, the model of "combining sports with education" to hold the high-level sport team makes some progress, but there are still some questions to reflect.The thesis starts from analyzing the background of the model of "combining sports with education" in the university. By unscrambling the related policy, analyzing its' status and studying a case of the model of "province team held by university", from the different angel such as the athletes, the university and the province sports administration, it is concluded that the model of "province team held by university" makes some contributions to the development of "combining sports with education", but there are some new confuses to face.With the development of the study, the author believes that the effective way to promote the development of "combining sports with education" is that encourage the high education and sports administration, try best to solve important problems in finances, policy, resources and train. Finally we discuss the competitive strategy of resources combination, role orientation, professional life plan.
