Under the background of education modernization and education democratization, the school education needs to provide the equal and harmonious academic environment and space for development to all male and female students. However, when making a comprehensive survey of the current education reality, we can see kinds of obvious and recessive problems such as gender stereotyped impression and gender prejudice in the entire school education process, especially in teacher-student interactions, because teachers lack gender equality consciousness and the school neglects the gender equality education.Take the Kai Yuan Elementary School as an example, there is flaw of gender equality in the classroom instruction and language exchange between teachers and students outside the classroom. Looked from the angle of gender socialization, the teacher who is an important person in students' socialization, will affect students' socialization as well as self-gender molding in the very great degree. In the classroom of Kai Yuan Elementary School, teachers have different treatments to the male and female students, either in the interactive pattern or in the aspects of asking and appraisal; and teachers have different manner and ideas to the same words and deeds of male and female students outside the classroom. These indicate that there are all sorts of gender prejudice and gender stereotyped impression in teacher-student interactions, which bring different influences to male and female students.Perfect teachers are beneficial to molding a perfect generation. Teachers will play vital role in students' socialization as an important person in teacher-student interactions. The equal and harmonious teacher-student interactions need the joint efforts of school and teachers: strengthening the gender-education equality in teachers' training, and turning the androgyny theory and gender-education equality idea into teacher-student interactions, and taking attention to feminization tendency of teachers in elementary schools.
