The online cooperative research is one of importantpatterns in elementary and middle schools teacher developmentunder the information technology environment, its basiccharacteristic is the interpersonal social interaction betweencooperation. In the cooperation positively interacts the mainperformance is: Between the individual mutually provides enoughand the effective help;exchange information andmaterial;Provides feedback opinion which may refer in order tothe companion achieves the goal well; proposes the question toeach other for The conclusion and the inference, in order toenhances policy-making the quality and the understandingdegree;mutually supports to achieve the same goal; trust eachother in the cooperation and so on.The dissertation analyzes each kind of domestic andforeign social software and the cooperation platform whichsupports elementary and middle schools teachers to cooperateresearch, the analysis discovered that, the domestic and foreigntypical platform mainly is based on BBS, Blog, Wiki and so onsocial software. Using the existing software platform to supportthe cooperative research, greatly reduces the research cost.But, in actually there are some problems to the socialinteraction support aspect: First, it neglected the group formof cooperation to promotion of the social interaction;Next, itpay more attention to the support system's feasibility to socialinteraction rather than Validity.The system has provided many kindsof interactions method, but actually lacks to their combinationdesign, which lead the social interaction function to drift away to the teacher cooperative research, thinking of the aboveaspects, the existing platform certainly cannot satisfy theelementary and middle schools teachers' social interaction incooperative research.The body of the dissertation is about the design, develop andapplication of the social interaction support system forteachers' Cooperative research.In the part of design, we mainly uses the literatureinvestigation and questionnaire survey, we uses the active theoryframe to analyze the essential of teachers' Cooperative research,and determined three essential factors to design the socialinteraction function: the division of labor, tool, rule.Then we analyze the aim and strategy of social interaction offour function of social interaction:the cognitive function, thepsychological function, the social function, the socialbehaviors function. Finally we design the interaction activityneeded in the process of Cooperative research combining with theflow of teacher's cooperative research, from three essentialfactors—the division of labor, tool, rule to design a supportsystem for the effective social interaction in teacher'scooperative research.In the part of development, we introduce the developmentenvironment, essential technical as well as how to realize themain function module code of this support system. In the partof application, we mainly introduce the organization and theimplementation situation durning the probation of this system,and obtain the related effect evaluation through gauge. Finally, we summarize the research achievement andtheinnovation spot.1. in theory, we introduced some concept of the socialinteraction theory such as social interaction, social role,social structure, social group into the design of the socialinteraction support system, we advaced the system demand forsupporting teacher's social interaction in cooperativeresearch from the four functions of social interaction (thecognitive function, the psychological function, the socialfunction, the social behaviors function) and three essentialfactors of active system (the division of labor, tool, rule).2. in the practice, from the application of some socialinteraction theory support point of view, we develops a socialinteraction support system for teacher's cooperative researchand processes elementary application on it.
