With the political and economic globalization, the multiculture has become a tendency which cannot be reserved. Also, the approaching of the multiculture era generates a significant impact on the campus culture of the university. The social enviornment of the multiculture enlarges human's vision in cognition and the understanding of the ideology and morality in the outside. It gives us a multiangle way to think , focuses on the individual display and self-showing, emphasizes the techniques and skills, seeks truths, discriminates big talks, admires practice and appreciates the spirits of open and tolerance , etc. The multiculture provides a fresh vision and sets a few of challenges for the construction of the campus culture, for instance, the intensity of the conflicts among the campus culture values, the slashes from the numerous western culture thoughts and value concepts faced with the university students, the serious effects on people's minds and behaviors ,the disappearing of the campus culture spirit, the university's independent and free spirits being assaulted by the mechanical rationality and the utility, the idea of reign of science and technology, the splitting up between science and humanism and the poor of human's minds .Meanwhile, the critical spirit of he university has also weakened, resulting from the social utility of knowledge, the close relationship between the university and the society as well as the influence of utility and politics .All of those implicit that the multiculture has been slashing the campus culture, in particular, the core culture. The spirit of the university has been losing and missing .Therefore, how to establish a modern campus culture comes to our table as we are confronting the opportunities and the challenges brought by the multiculture.Nowadays ,the first and formost task is to let the campus culture come to the right track by its own, for the university's functions are not only for the cultural transformation, but more importantly for the cultural options, critics, innovations and exceedings. In the era of information, materialization and multiculture, the self-conscience of campus culture plays a more important role. The second importance is to enhance the construction of campus culture and promote the implication of the spirit of the university ,including the spirit of university's freedom and independence ,the spirit of science and humanism ,the spirit of the democracy and opening, the spirit of critics and innovation; adhere to the principles pf independence, tolerance and harmony without reunification, explore the new way for the construction of campus culture; absorb anything and everything, and focuses on the communication and cooperation among universities; set an example and promote the teachers'quality ;cultivate high-qualified and talented men by multieducation ;seek the new way and establish a nice web culture in the university campus.
