Research On The Method Of The University Spiritual Cultivation In The Construction Of Campus Culture

Under the backgrouds of the reform and opening up, globalization, higher education popularization, cultural and social diversity, the university spirit is facing an increasingly tough challenge, therefore, it is important to have monographic study on university spirit. To study during the construction of campus culture to cultivate the spirit of university not only has an important value in theory, but also has significant value in reality.Research on university spirit in the academic world has yielded fruitful results, but generally speaking, there is few innovative results in the aspect of how to foster the university spirit. It is a research areas for us to broaden and deepen in the world, whether in china or in other countries. In particular, there is few innovative research results in the aspect of study method, which is to study how to effectively foster the university spirit throuh the strategy to link the university spirit and the campus culture together to have a system study.This paper studies some problems from the aspect of university spirit and the concept of campus culture, nature, content, function. The paper studies these aspects based on the research and demonstration, the University's current social context, the reality causes and trends, and combined with the abroad experiences. Through the social survey method and to compare research method, this paper comes to understand the present situation and existing problems in the the university spirit and the construction of campus culture. The paper puts forward to guide construction of campus culture through the socialist core value system. The paper explores the basic ideas and measures in the cultural construction of the campus to cultivate the university spirit.
