Abstract/Summary:
The author has been engaged in training teacher for 15 years already and discovers that every teacher in primary and junior school has their personal educational theory, teacher's personal educational theory controls and guides teacher's personal education practice directly. Lots of teacher's theory includes abundant contents and has plenty of rational tendency, but why are they ordinary teacher? What is the difference between them and expert teacher? How far is the distance between their mode of life and wisdom's mode? How can they become expert teacher? Every teacher in primary and junior school should think it deeply, because our country is lack of and want of expert teacher. So, this study launches investigations of real expert teacher's personal educational theory and try to find distinguishing feature of expert teacher and expert teacher's personal educational theory, and supply reference for ordinary teachers who want to become expert quickly, and attempts to let teachers in primary and junior school receive certain inspiration in the concrete description and analysis.Narrative inquiry takes the researcher itself as the tool of study and adopts the"from-bottom-to-top"way to study .And then, researchers could introspect constantly in the course of narrative so as to resume the rational thinking of teaching affairs and construct the understanding and explanation to education furtherly. The way of narrative inquiry ,as the theoretical form of the educational experience ,has the unique advantages in the understanding and improvement of teacher'personal educational theory. A expert teacher in primary school is invited as the research object in this study with the method of narrative inquiry. The author go near the world of teacher's life, listen to the voice of teacher real situation. This literary grace went on under natural circumstance and last enough time in terms of participator. The author describe the details and facts of experience and behaviors of the research object through narrating on the ground of visiting a class, conversation and analyzing material, and then personal educational theory of research object will appear in front of reader gradually. This study try to have personal understanding to the connotation of the expert teacher's personal educational theory by narrating some teaching stories, representing the true scene that the expert teacher's personal educational theory exist in. The author try to grasp the development process of the expert teacher's personal educational theory and reflect on the current situation, the origin cause of formation and the possible route of improvement of expert teacher's personal educational theory.The author analyzes the research object's student-conception, teacher-conception, teaching-conception and comprehend personal educational theory of expert teacher by narrative inquirying on a expert teacher. This study divided the stage of personal theoretical development, discussed the origin cause of formation and the possible route of improvement of expert teacher's personal educational theory, discovered personal theoretical development characteristics of expert teacher:1,personal educational theory is spontaneous at the beginning, it has been conscious through reflection; 2, scattered and miscellaneous personal educational theory has been systematic; 3, from close, isolated to development and open; 4, from vacillating and indetermination to assurance on the operation; 5, discard instrumental rationality, the contents has been advanced. Then the author has discovered the characteristics of expert teacher from development of teacher'personal educational theory. Expert teacher is good at querying problems, responsing the challenge actively, and the process of the professional development is a perfect process of expert teacher's personality. On this foundation, the author finds out the growth of expert teacher's key factor of developments: the strong occupation approbation feeling, dealing with the key affairs in their work exactly, planning occupation career rationally, persistence and breakthrough during professional development.
