Penetrate The Psychological Quality Of Education In The Vocational School Chemistry Teaching

The role of vocational school is to cultivate special technique person with high quality and making, and psychology diathesis is the core of all people's integrated stuffs. To fashion a favorable psychology diathesis need a lot of factors, and thereinto subject teaching (chemistry) in schooling play an important role.Young people walk up to adult from individual during the age of technical secondary school. They are faced with the pressure of study and employment, and the conflict of fast physiology development and slow psychology progress. Many research home and overseas have proved this, comparing with other phases, it is easy to produce puzzle and obstacle for them. We should find out student's mental status this period, and apply corresponding educational countermeasures in favor of student's healthy growth.By the investigation of questionnaire and the survey of mentality health level, the result shows that, currently, the whole level of students'psychology diathesis in vocational school is obviously low. They look down on themselves and dislike study, and they can't manage themselves and deal with relations among people , and can't adapt themselves to society.As a subject teaching, chemistry teaching is the focus of schooling, and it is also an important approach to actualize psychology diathesis education. Chemistry teaching materials contain much content of psychology diathesis education. In the course of teaching, teachers can meet lots of conditions in favor of actualizing psychology diathesis education. If only teachers excavate carefully and use them well, they can get a good actual effect of mental tutorship.In this text, I adopt the measures of questionnaire, observation and experimentation. At one time, discuss the necessary , feasibility and stratagem of psychology diathesis education actualized in vocational school. I emphasize particularly on implementing psychology diathesis education in course teaching, experiment teaching, activities after school and so on, and particularize successful teaching cases.
