Vocational Students Express Ability

Vocational education is an employment-guided education. The purpose of this education is to help more graduates find suitable jobs. The pessimistic fact that vocational college students' employment opportunities are less makes us think about a new research project, ie, vocational education should focus on not only the training of comprehensive central skills but also on the training of students' abilities to adapt to the society, market, and future developmentï¿¡? To achieve the employment-guided education, we must train qualified talents suitable for society and improve students' employment ability. Except for the central professional skills, students' comprehensive expression ability such as speech, communication, common practical writing are also important, which are important abilities required by employing unit.To train students' excellent comprehensive expression ability plays an important role in forming their comprehensive professional ability, improving personal quality, adapting to society and employing unit, obtaining employment successfully. At present, some vocational colleges, in various degree, emphasize students' major skills and ignore their relevant comprehensive abilities like expression ability. A part of vocational college students are weak in expression, social intercourse, communication and writing, and therefore, fail to show their talents and characteristics and can't be accepted by employing unit and society. Aiming at this situation, this paper discusses some effective training ways of improving students' comprehensive expression ability and presents my thoughts about its value.
