English teaching in Secondary Technical Schools is an important part in the Secondary Technical Education. It is becoming more and more important with the knowledge economic time coming and the whole economy speeding up. The disadvantages of the traditional English system expose gradually, such as ignoring to train students'comprehensive abilities and lacking of students'personalities development. The traditional English teaching system can't fit the requests of the new time. It has become the necessary requests and choices of Secondary Technical Schools to train students'spirit of creativity and to skill abilities.Interactive and experienced English teaching method indicates that teachers try to design special condition, which impel the communication and interaction between teachers and students. In these kinds teaching activities students can understand the knowledge, shape the emotion and good characters, develop their abilities and experience the success. It can help students form the creative consciousness, the creative thinking and the creative habit.The paper is aimed at the main questions of the traditional English teaching system in Secondary Technical Schools and approaches the deeper level theory of Interactive and experienced English teaching method. The paper also engages in the contrast experiment, which it has taken two years to research the experiment between two similar classes. The result shows that the experimental students'basic knowledge, levels, attitude, interests and comprehensive abilities have changed a lot after the experiment. It is an effective way to adopt the interactive and experienced English teaching method in Secondary Technical Schools.
