In the 80th of 20 century, with the rapid development of the service industry, the importance of service quality has more attention to.The study of business sport fitness center has practical significance and theory value.The thesis discussed the characteristic of business sport fitness center.The paper adopts documentary analysis,questionnaire, and mathematics statistics as major methods. Firstly, This study discussed the relevant theory of service quality.Secondly, based on the skeleton of SSQRS model.this paper invents a measurement scale of service quality in the business sport fitness center of China. Thirdly, we measured current issues of the consumers' perception of service quality. At last, this study researched the relationship among customer satisfaction, customer repurchase intension, service switching intension with service quality. By the statistics, the result displayed that the scale had a high reliability and validity, and got the result of reording the four dimentions of service quality: interaction quality, environment quality,outcome quality, and program quality. The research also displayed that distinction and level of education had no abvious influence to service quality, but age and career on the contrary. There are positive correlations among customer satisfaction, customer repurchase intension, service switching intension with service quality.
