Nowadays, educational teaching activities of high school teachers mainly manifest individual working. Keen competition and lack of cooperation make the teaching quality hard to improve. To promote students'full-scale development needs all kinds of educational factors, and it is necessary to cooperate and get along with each other. Therefore, cooperation among teachers is a fundamental requirement in educational teaching activities, and also a necessity to improve students'full-scale development and the development of teachers'specialty development.This thesis summarizes some experts'fruits that study on teachers-cooperation and the situation that investigate in teachers-cooperation. Based on the above, it explores the status quo of teachers'cooperation in high school by the method of demonstration and experiential rethinking. Therefore, it can be concluded that there are mainly three problems existing in teachers-cooperation. First, the competition in high schools affects an active cooperation among teachers. Second, the present teaching and research in high schools is controlled by man-made cooperative culture which lacks of cooperative mechanism.Third, school education and teaching administration are lacking in mechanism which inspire and maintain teachers-cooperation. With the problems, the thesis makes an analysis in terms of the culture, organization and teachers'quality in high school.
