Class Cadre Worked On The Students' Socialization

The middle school students are in the teen-agers period, this period is the important stage of individual socialization. During this period, the school is the main factor of individual socialization. As a small "society", class becomes the main lieu of socialization of the middle school students. Class norm, class culture, class activity, class student communication etc, they will affect the socialization of the middle school students.The position of class leader is a sparse resource. The way of distribution and utilization of the position has the influence of the socialization of the middle school students. The way of appointment by the class adviser teacher has benefit for the efficiency of the class management, but is bad for their concept of democracy. The way of election has benefit for the concept of democracy, but at last easy to become the patent of the excellent students. The way of delivering a speech can supply a chance for the whole students of displaying their expressing ability, however only few winners become the class cadre. The way by one after one is equal for everybody, but sufficient for the class management. It has different effect for the class cadre and the general students during the process of using the sparse resource. To the class cadre, it may reinforce the concept of responsibility, improve their ability of organization and administration, ability of expressing, ability of cooperation and self-development etc; but if the class cadre can't set up correct "concept of cadre ", it will have negative influence for the class cadre. To many general students, they learn obedience and cooperation with others, improve ability of evaluation, but they feel more unequal experience from the phenomenon of class students level bring about by the position of class cadre.In order to call into play the positive influence of the sparse resource of class cadre, we should insist on suggestions as follows: the class adviser teacher needs to adhere to the concept of equality and democracy; to adopt a reasonable selection of cadres, such as dual mode of class cadre; to establish monitoring mechanisms; to establish personnel mechanism to work both at the top and at the grass roots; correctly deal with erring cadres classes.
