The Research Of College Students' Politics Socialization In New Period

The socialization of the youth has been the universal concern of the society. According to its contents, socialization can be divided into economic socialization, politics socialization, ethics socialization, sexual role socialization, etc, among which politics socialization is the core. As the important composition of the youth, college students are the force of the future socialist construction. Whether their politics socialization is successful or not is of vital importance to their healthy growth as well as the stability of the society.Since the carrying out of reform and opening up policy, China has begun a new stage of socialist construction. The rapid development of science and technology, as well as the drama changes of the international situation, has greatly influenced the politics socialization of college students. Generally speaking, this socialization develops well. However, there are some undeniable problems to be resolved. Taking Marxism as guideline, this article analyses the situation of politics socialization of college students in new period and the cause of the existing problems. On the basis of research, this article also puts forward the countermeasure of how to direct college students to realize their politics socialization. It's composed of three parts.Part one: the general definition and research evaluation of college students' politics socialization in new period. On the basis of analyzing and using other scholars' research achievements by reference, this part definite the college students' politicssocialization from the angle of knowledge affection, will, faith and behavior. Furthermore, it points out that studying the politics socialization of college students can better guide the practice of politics by college students, can offer theory guiding to successful politics socialization and can enrich theories of politics socialization at the same time.Part two: the analyzing of the situation of college students' politics socialization. This part holds that the main stream of politics socialization is good, which is mainly manifested by rich contents, distinctive features, various channels, smooth processes, etc. But there are also some problems such as vague political knowledge, puzzled political feeling, infirm political conviction, neutral political direction and blind political participation. The causes of these problems have something to do with college students themselves, school education, families, social customs, political ideas and theory research.Part three: the realization of college students' politics socialization. Based on the above two parts, this part puts forward the countermeasure of how to realize college students' politics socialization. First, deepen the cognition of the importance of college students' politics socialization. Second, make clear goal of college students' politics socialization. Third, create conditions of realizing politics socialization. The last but never the least, emphasize the importance and necessity of strengthening the education strength.
