In the current era of accelerated social change, old things change frequently, making a lot of new theories emerged. Thus, in a timely and accurate manner, it becomes more important to grasp the changes of the theory world and the new trends supplemented by appropriate research methods to explore and solve the problems facing teaching. Therefore, while dabbling in the study of philosophy, sociology and educational sociology, the author found and seized the "Living World" changes as a new trends .Then the "life world" as the threshold, the author applied the "qualitative research" paradigm into schools. After observing, experiencing the life of a high school teacher, the author did research on the fragments of teaching life in a narrative way. The researchers discovered that standardization, discipline and the abuse of control rendered teachers' individual personality into a bound state. Because of this, the teaching life of individual teachers has also become mechanical, boring and tedious. Then, the authors apply the theory of Educational Sociology to interpret the present status of the teacher's bound personality. From the angles of the characteristics of modern school system, teaching technology, for instance, the teaching goals, teaching procedures, quantitative evaluation, teaching "theater", and misunderstanding of the "community representatives", the leading causes of this situation are explored. Finally, the suggestion of giving different reasons for the teaching of "the meaning of life" and teachers' teaching in light of critical reflection is made. Thereinafter, the author made his way to seek the liberation of the teacher's individual personality and construct the teachers' individual words, in a possible positive manner an academic life full of personality is also intended.
