Man is a conscious living existence. It is an eternal subject of mankind to recognize, concern and treasure life. As a cause of facing and serving man's life, education plays a very important role in promoting human's own life transcendence, promoting inner world of human's life, realizing human's life value, seeking human's life significance and creating the brilliance of human's life and so on. Classroom teaching is the main approach for school education and the outcome of human society developing to a certain historical period. In the course of man's development and improvement, it has performed, is performing and will still perform a very important function. It also exerts strong influence on integrated life growth and development of teachers and students. But teaching activities are too complicated. As a part of social life, it is influenced by many factors. For this reason, classroom teaching is deviating from the right orbit now. It forgets to inquire and promote life value, causes oppression, distortion and harm to life, and hinders teachers and students from freshing with life vigor. Just under this situation, I choose to research life-oriented classroom teaching as the thesis for my master's degree.The paper tries to rethink about classroom teaching, inquire about its life value, make it glow with more life brilliance and full of humane significance, and become a place for fostering life, where life can be nurtured and life value can be promoted. On the basis of scanning and reflecting classroom teaching, life classroom is further constructed. The paper has three parts:Part One, understanding: life implication of classroom teaching. First of all, the paper interprets life implication of classroom teaching on the horizon of life and reveals great life potential contained in it. Then on this foundation, it analyzes that classroom teaching process is one during which life potential should be exerted and life value ofteachers and students is realized.Part Two, reflecting: loss of life value in classroom teaching. First, it scans the situation of disregarding individual lives, going against and losing human nature and obliterating personality. Then it analyzes the cause of the above phenomena and points out that the reasons lie in deflection of value orientation, hegemony of adults' culture, abuses of traditional idea of teachers and students, the shackle of traditional idea of classroom teaching and deflection of the function of classroom teaching.Part Three, constructing: realistic conception of classroom teaching. Life value orientation of classroom teaching is established in the paper and classroom teaching is interpreted in all its aspects such as concerning the development of integrated life, respecting the formation of individual's unique life, and paying attention to promoting spirit life and rebuilding classroom teaching. According to this, its practical operating system is rebuilt and the conception of how to realize life classroom teaching is expounded in detail. It can be divided into four parts: first, to design pluralistic teaching aims; second, to feel human implication of teaching materials; third, to exhibit dynamic and generative teaching process; forth, to construct democratic and easy teaching atmosphere.Man's life is an open process and has possibility of making for infinity. It is the essential characteristic of individual life to develop while going towards opening and to transcend while developing. Classroom teaching must serve man's life, promote life value, and make life unfold and life vigor shine.
