With the development of science education, the current curriculum pays more attention to the ability of the science inquiry, which gives the science teacher more and more challenges. The pre-science teachers are the science teachers in further, who should get ready for the tomorrow teaching. In order to carry out the goal of the new curriculum; we should pay more and more attention to the education about science teacher and the development of the ability of science inquiry of the pre-science teacher.In this research, I have mainly done two aspects work:1st, though the method of questionnaire and interview, I investigate ability of science inquiry about the pre-science teachers. I found out that: there are many different degree of development about the ability of science inquiry with the pre-science teachers; the ability levels of science inquiry of the female students are higher than the male students; the development of various ability factors is not in balance and so on. From the investigation, I also found the current pre-science teachers are grow on the traditional science education system, so they are be pressed for consciousness and experience about the science inquiry.2nd, by discussing the theory, researching the literature, and analysis the foreign models, I have built the CPS model about the ability of science inquiry. Through the education experiment, I found that the model has certain promoter action on the development of students' cognition structure and inquired skills.
