Conflict exists in any organization and there is no exception to the institution of higher education. The conflicts between teachers and administrators in university are very normal and common ones. Study of teachers and administrators' conflict management can contribute to developing and constructing school management psychology. Solving the conflicts correctly can be beneficial to the development of university.This paper mainly uses methods, such as literature, interview and questionnaire investigation, etc. Firstly, it probes into the current situation of conflict between teachers and administrators. The results tell us that teachers and administrators have unilateral opinion to the conflict.Secondly, on the basis of investigation and interview, the paper has analyzed the reasons of the conflicts between teachers and administrators in university. The interdependence is objective condition of the conflicts between teachers and administrators. The difference is the direct cause why the conflicts are formed and the inherent mechanism imperfect is the motive force that conflicts form.Thirdly, the thesis fully discusses the dual character of the conflict inside university. Conflict could be constructive and devastating force at the same time. So it is very meaningful to correctly deal with these conflicts. Finally, the paper puts forward some advice. |
