The national new wave of curriculum reforms, viewed as educational creativity with far-reaching significance in the field of Chinese education, are comprehensive and are overall reforms on China's elementary education brought along by reforms on curriculums. The issue of standardized management after the implementation of the new curriculum is an important factor in deciding whether or not the new curriculum can be carried out smoothly. Since September,2004, all the ordinary senior high schools in Qingdao began to experiment with the new curriculum beginning from grade one. Taking the new curriculum reform ideology as the guiding principle and based on the reality of the ordinary senior high schools in Qingdao, this research focuses on the standardized management reforms in the light of the implementation of the new curriculum, by discussing a number of management problems ranging from the school curriculum, teaching, teaching and research, to teachers and students with a view to summarize the management experiences and problems in the new senior high school curriculum and to research into the management strategies of the senior high school curriculum reform in Qingdao.The new curriculum is a systematic reform ranging from the educational ideology, teaching contents, methods, evaluation to teaching management and is a key step for the promotion of quality education. In this systematic reform, management reform is basic and is an important component in that the establishment and perfection of standardized management mechanism in accordance with requirements of the new curriculum is needed for many things such as curriculums, credit system, day school system, curriculum...
