| The system of higher education curriculum management means: the organization set, the power distribution of the higher education curriculum management, and the rules it should accept. The study field of higher education curriculum management is poor, and it is waiting for study.This dissertation described, then compared the development and situation of higher education curriculum management system in China, American,England. French and Germany. We find there are two kinds of system -thecentralism and the decentralism, the decentralism is not better than thecentralism , absolutely, they should learn from each other ; In each country , the central government plays a important role in higher education curriculum management ,but also has its limitation, the professional faculty have the most responsibility in the detail matter of higher education curriculum management; The higher education curriculum management system has its historical and adopted foundation , the reform must be kept fit with the situation of the country.At last , we declared our higher education curriculum management system reform suggestion at the central government level, the province level and the higher education level, separately. |
