Secondary Vocational School Exchanges Teaching Model Is Discussed

Interaction Teaching Method is a dynamic teaching method. Since it originated from Germany in the early 1970s, it has been given more and more attention from the education field and it has affected our country gradually.Now, the teaching of practical writing in the secondary vocational schools has still been in an inefficient state .This is because the ideas of education and the teaching methods are out of date and backward. I have found a solusion to it from the modern teaching theories .That is Interaction Teaching Method. I have been combining my own teaching practice with the interaction teaching method, and I have set up a kind of interaction teaching pattern, that is "put forward questions—interaction exploration—conclusion and summary—training migration —systematic reflection."Putting forward questions: I try to make the questions new and practical in order to stimulate the students' interest and arouse their desires for getting knowledge by interaction.Interaction exploration: it combines teaching with social activities closely and focuses on encouraging students to seek for knowledge from various aspects in the context of equality and mutual benefit. And it encourages students to seek for knowledge from teachers, classmates, books and others. The process of interaction exploration is a process of openness and cooperation, a process of communication and interview, a process of profession practice and writing practice, and a process of understanding and generating. It is very helpful to the ability to develop self-learning and it is very helpful to development of students internal power system, and it is also very helpful to the comprehensive capacity-building.Conclusion and Summary: it completely integrates the knowledge obtained by interaction exploration. It is good for the students to obtain the complete and regular knowledge of practical writing. And it is good to the consolidation and migration of knowledge.Training migration: it can help the students to consolidate and be skilled at the obtained knowledge. And it can help to from the ability of practical writing.
