Education includes teaching and learning system, educating is a kind of pratice of controlling the distilled controllable elements to influence the learning system.Learners would meet with all kinds of embarrassment during study. One way to solve these problems is to analyze them and find ou(?) what lead to them, and then adjust or redress the teaching or learning system.Remedial education is a kind of opinion to solve problems made during study, which can develop new way to use more IT in educating, cutting a new way to combine IT with education.People often have a negative comprehension about problems, so that the consciousness of problems is not paid much attention. Those experienced teachers who have clear realization of common embarrassment learners often meet with are to evade these circs, so that there is no systemic and sorted knowledge on learning embarrassment, foundation for estimating them, analysis for cause of their formation or strategies to solve them.The accessing and questionnaire all show that the phenomena that different level learners' meeting embarrassment during study is common. Colligate the observation and the experiences from experienced teachers in front line, we'll find that the learning embarrassment is centralized in three aspects including the conversion between different thinking manners, learning strategies and meta-cognition.Each embarrassment has its own cause of formation and signal studying behaviors. So the above three aspects are the main factors that hold important station in study activities.Things have their cause and effect and we can find the cause following the result; things are applied to use for their functions and these functions are developed in usage. So, the first step of remedial education is to sort the embarrassments from three aspects; the second step is to analyze the cause of each kind of embarrassment; the third step is to estimate behaviors feature of learners who are facing embarrassment of three kinds; the fourth step is to bring forward strategies for solving problems according to the cause of formation.The learners' information feedback is the precondition. First, follow up the information of the learners and feed back; then, confirm the type of the embarrassment of the learners; and then, estimate the cause of embarrassment formation according to the behaviors of learners; last, redress the correlative systems according to the cause of formation and the type of embarrassment.The strategies of recording the information of learners and feeding back include methods of e-profiles which are structured by subject and learning principles for different kinds of knowledge, log database, BLOG off-net, personal net-web, subject study diagnosing room, classroom for mastering recognition strategies and so on.
