In the new century, the eduction system needs a great number of qualified personnel with advanced education theories. I have been working in Shanghai High School International Division for 8 years. This thesis is based on my experience of these years teaching.Shanghai High School is a key high school in Shanghai. International Division is a part of it. Part one of the thesis describes characteristics of the International Division.I've been a homeroom teacher in the International Division for 8 years and every day here is joyful to me. I keep daily of important moments, important events happened in school and also my reflection of the work.Part two is the core of the thesis. The 6 cases studied in this part were carefully chosen out from the daily. Based on these cases, we discussed " the influence of education concept and teacher-student relationship on education effectiveness".Through the cases, we can see that educational concepts and teacher-student relationship have a deep influence on teaching effectiveness and education effectiveness. Teachers with modern educational concepts are more capable of building up a good relationship with student.
