| This paper was summarized the analysis and investigation about the content, function and theoretics of traditional educational supervision and developing supervision. Importing the concept of "developing supervision" , unveiling the important effect of developing education, raised the viewpoint of "accelerate the schools to develop themselves by developing education supervision. Also pointed out the strategies of improving current supervision on educational supervision theory, supervision system, function, standard, main body, manner and supervision team buildup etc.Since the end of 1970, the supervision system has been refurbished. The system has been developed and the function has been strengthened continuously. It has showed the irreplaceable effect on voluntary education popularization, carried out the education law, regulation and normalized the running of school. But per current situation, the traditional supervision has not adapted to the needs of curriculum reformation, educational supervision must adapt to the new round of basic educational connotation, developmental phase characteristics and needs, conducted the developing supervision. Developing supervision differentiated with traditional "appraisal" determination, was directed by modern educational development. The objective is to develop the school and evaluate the school development process. It focused on the school development and will evaluate the school development process. It focused on the school development objective and potential, paid more attention to diagnose the questions raised during the development, sought for the key factors of school development.During the elementary phase of developing supervision, the supervision system was not consummated, supervision content was not completed, the accomplishment of supervision personnel need to be improved, we still need to refer to the advanced experience from foreign countries, set up the scientific and reasonable "developing evaluation system" which can adapt to the schools of different types and on the different developing stages. |
