By review of the research to the influential factors to relevant single parents' remarriage at home and abroad, it was discovered that most of the researchers analyzed the influential factors from the perspectives of demography, subject values and social integration. In the article these perspectives were validated in terms of our country through an in-depth interview with five Chinese urban divorced single mothers, five urban single fathers with divorce experiences and single men. Meanwhile, "values" more suitable for China's actual conditions was taken into consideration and the index of the values was re-designed. Also the factors to influence the "opportunity" of single mothers' remarriage were put forward. And further, in making comparative analysis of all kinds of media of marriage in modern China, it was found that the "go-between", as a medium of marriage, who was related to Chinese historical and cultural origin, was widely accepted and used by single mothers and divorced men. What's more, the medium played an important role in increasing the opportunity of single mothers' remarriage.
