The newly course reformation in basic education calls for new course value, that is to say, reforming the course thinks much of tendency of knowledge transmission. It emphasizes to make up a learning attitude actively, letting the process of basic knowledge and basic skills are the process of learning study and forming the correct value at the same time. We should pay more attention to the whole personality and the differences of individuality of the students in order to develop each student fully. Teaching is a spirit of carrying out the course reformation and is a leading pass of realizing the aims of course reformation. The change of course value needs to build the teaching mode with itself imminently.Keeping an eye on the new theory, we should establish the prime theory of students' life developing, make up the vital class, achieve the new teaching which we want to come true. The text discusses the foundation of vital class from the view of history teaching in order to offer the references for building the new mode of secondary class teaching under the background of course reformation. The whole text is divided into five parts. The first part, defining parts of the concepts which refer to in the text, expounding the reasons why I choose this subject and researching actuality of domestic and overseas. The second part, thinking over the class teaching. The third part, expounding the system gist of building vital class, for instance: constructivism ism study theory, human ism study theory. The fourth part, this part is a keystone in whole text. It expounds how to build secondary history teaching mode in vital class by foregoing theory in order to coruscate students lively in class teaching, and letting it be a vital teaching. The fifth part, seeing the developing of vital class, pointing the vital class must be a mainly mode in our secondary teaching in the future.
