Physics is a subject based on experiment. And it can offer abundant sensibility materials and well physics conditions to student's study. It also provides a better environment to train student's skills of the initiative, participating, exploring, innovation, cooperating and communication. However, in the course of physics experiment teaching in senior high school, the students just make some experiments and collect the basic data according to the steps. And this sort of teaching mode has not made a great deal of contributions to the training of skills and the form of values of emotional attitude. Therefore, we put forward the participating teaching in some physics experiments in senior high school. Dialectic and materialistic theory directs the participating teaching that is based on domestic and foreign advanced educational theory and psychology. The mode not only attaches the importance to acquiring of knowledge, but also emphasizes on the training of abilities, the forming of attitude, the interactive relations between teaching and study, especially the stress of the role of the main host in these activities. In the paper, the participating teaching mode and its theories were fully paraphrased, and at last a conclusion was drawn through half year some physics experiments teaching in senior high school: Through the result of test and the data of survey from the experiments on three hundred thirty-seven students in NO.1 school of Zunyi, the Minority school of Huishui and the Wudang school of Guiyang in groups experiments we can find that Participating teaching in experiment teaching for the study of knowledge, the training of ability and the forming of attitude to the students is better than traditional experiment teaching.
